اشتريت التطبيق، لكن ظهرت صفحة الدفع مرة ثانية. شسوي؟
اضغط «استعادة الشراء» داخل التطبيق باستخدام حساب Apple الذي أجريت منه الشراء الأصلي. قد تحتاج إلى الإنترنت للتحقق.
حذفت التطبيق ثم ثبتّه مجدداً، وين بياناتي؟
قد تُحذف البيانات المحفوظة على الجهاز عند إزالة التطبيق. أدخل اسمك وتاريخ ميلادك مرة ثانية؛ إذا تم التحقق من شراءك السابق، لن تحتاج إلى الدفع مجدداً.
ليش النتيجة ما تظهر قبل رأس السنة؟
التوقعات تُفتح عند منتصف الليل يوم 1 يناير 2027 بحسب المنطقة الزمنية التي ثبّتها التطبيق للمستخدم. قد يلزم اتصال للتحقق من الوقت أول مرة.

Frequently asked questions
I already paid. Why am I seeing the purchase screen?
Tap Restore Purchases in the app using the Apple Account used for the original purchase. An internet connection may be needed to verify ownership.
I reinstalled the app. Where is my profile?
Local profile details may be removed when you delete the app. Enter your name and birth date again; a previously verified purchase does not require a second payment.
When are my 2027 predictions available?
Predictions unlock at local midnight on January 1, 2027, for the time zone originally locked for your purchase. Initial time verification may need connectivity.
